- Pasado el tiempo se abre la olla con las medidas que cada quien toma para hacerlo, yo le voy moviendo con cuidado la válvula para que poco a poco escape el vapor hasta que no se escuche entonces la quito y abro la olla. Ya abierta agregar un poco del chicharrón trozado en pedazos pequeños, rectificar si es necesario agregar un poco de sazonador o sal y cerrar nuevamente, dejar otros 15 min



- Así como están los servimos con un poco de chicharrón desmoronado. Si llega a sobrar un poco, los guardamos ya que estén bien fríos en el refrigerador y al día siguiente si espesaron les ponemos un poco más de agua, los ponemos a hervir y están listos y hasta más ricos porque han concentrado los.sabores.
