  1. Preparar el pavo : Lo primero es preparar el pavo es decir sazonarlo, mezclamos la sal con la pimienta, en un tazón agregamos la mantequilla y rociamos con la mezcla de sal y pimienta. ya que este mezclada agregamos al pavo en diferentes zonas donde la carne es más seca.
  2. En un tazón mezclamos la taza de vodka con el jugo de naranja y ya mezclado inyectamos al pavo con esta mezcla
  3. En el centro del pavo ponemos la cebolla también sazonada con sal, pimienta, tres dientes de ajo y una rama de romero, esto para que los sabores se incrusten en la carne del pavo. Nota este procesos es un día antes para que se marine mejor
  4. Y listo ponemos el pavo en el horno en mi caso es eléctrico a 350 grados y esperamos alrededor de 3 a 4 horas para que quede listo.
  5. En el emplatado colocamos las guarniciones correspondientes ya se camote con puré de papa, gravy e ingredientes que gusten, anexo foto para demostrar
