Prepara una olla o sartén grande donde vayas a hacer los chilaquiles, pon a calentarlo, una vez caliente vierte la salsa que licuaste. Ponla a fuego bajo, añade el epazote y el cilantro, mueve para integrar los sabores.
- Cuece la salsa por 5 a 8 minutos, añade los totopos, mezcla bien, añade el queso en rebanadas o rallado, tapa por unos 3 minutos hasta que el queso se derrita y apaga.

- Si los chilaquiles te gustan más crujientes, añade totopos en el plato y encima de estos los chilaquiles que preparaste en el sartén, añade, cebolla y cilantro fresco. Y listo!!!
Puedes comerlos con bolillo, huevo, carne o pollo deshebrado, lo que prefieras.
