  3. 1/2 cebolla blanca
  4. 1 diente ajo

  6. Salpimenta la carne y córtala en pequeños pedazos, recomendamos usar una cucharadita de sal y media de pimienta por cada 1/4 de bistec
  7. Precalienta el sartén a fuego alto con un poco de aceite, coloca la carne y al revolver tapa durante 3 minutos a fuego medio.
  8. Asegúrate que el bistec haya soltado un poco de su jugo, en ese momento baja un poco más la flama y coloca 250 ml de la salsa realizada con media taza de agua caliente, revuelve y tapar nuevamente por 2 minutos.
  9. Finalmente si el platillo le falta más salsa o picor añada otros 250 ml de la salsa de chile de árbol, disfruta con una sopa de fideo con frijoles y tortillas.
